With over 15 years of experience in the mortgage broking industry and in lending, Robert brings unmatched expertise and insight to his role as Founder and Principal Mortgage Broker at Fintellect.
Robert leads the business with a strong focus on innovation, efficiency, and results. His commitment to adopting systems ensures Fintellect delivers streamlined processes and exceptional outcomes for clients. In addition to mentoring his team of brokers and support staff, Robert remains deeply involved in shaping the strategic direction of the business.
Outside of work, Robert enjoys quality family time.
Danni M
Loan Processing Coordinator
Danni has successfully operated his own business for over four years and holds a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management. With a strong focus on residential lending, he combines his industry knowledge and business acumen to create tailored financial strategies that help clients achieve their goals.
Danni’s passion for mortgage broking shines through in his personalised, relationship-driven approach. he is dedicated to understanding each client’s unique situation and providing clear, supportive guidance throughout the lending process.
Outside of work, Danni enjoys fishing, camping, and spending quality time on family holidays.
Darren R
Asset Finance specialist
Darren has been an Asset Finance professional all his career, he worked as a Senior Credit Analyst with Esanda Finance. During these years he gained vast experience dealing with clients ranging from sole traders through to large corporations. He has arranged finance on a diverse range of assets from cars through to factory equipment and even to aircraft. He then joined Consolidated Finance Group which is an industry aggregation group where he cemented his industry wide contacts and rounded out his knowledge. Darren has been working with Robert since 2014 and they developed an excellent working relationship built on trust and competence. For almost every scenario Darren has a solution. In his spare time he enjoys playing cricket, drinking the odd craft beer or two and spending time with his wife and three kids.
Jamie C
Finance specialist
Jamie brings over 19 years of banking experience, specialising in business origination and relationship management across both residential and commercial lending.
Jamie has a well-rounded perspective and deep industry expertise. His combined understanding of both client and business needs enables him to deliver practical, tailored finance solutions. Now a dedicated mortgage broker, Jamie is committed to delivering outstanding customer service and helping clients achieve their property goals.
Outside of work, Jamie enjoys football, camping, and spending quality time with his family.
Samir I
Settlement officer / Client relations
Samir joined Fintellect four years ago and has since become a key member of the team, known for his approachable nature and commitment to delivering personalised, client- focused service. He brings consistency and attention to detail to every stage of the lending process, ensuring clients receive high-quality support tailored to their individual needs. Aspires to become a broker, Samir has completed a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.
Outside of work, Samir is an avid sports enthusiast and a passionate
supporter of the Hawthorn Football Club. He also enjoys travelling and exploring new
cultures.
